Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2015 Results declared

On 19.05.2015, the Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow (RMLNLU), has declared the results for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2015 which is used for admission to 16 National Law Universities (NLUs) spread all over the country. CLAT 2015 was conducted online on May 10, 2015. The result has been declared within 10 days of the test. The result can be viewed online here.

CLAT is conducted by a National Law University by rotation and this year RMLNLU had conducted CLAT. More than 45,000 candidates had appeared in the test. There are 2,204 under-graduate (LL.B.) seats and 514 post-graduate (LL.M.) seats in 16 National Law Universities.

This year’s CLAT has been topped by Aakash Jain of Madhya Pradesh who scored 141.25 marks in the test from out of a maximum of 200 marks. Neha Ludha of Rajasthan has topped the female category with 128.5 marks, while her over-all All-India rank is 9th rank.

Among the 2,000 top candidates selected for the LL.B. course this year, 1,181 are men and 819 are female. This means quite a good number (about 40%) of female students have been selected this year.
