Call for papers at Just Lex Talks

Just Lex Talks a journal having number ISSN: 2455-2429 is inviting research articles, essays, case comments, legislative writing or other submissions from the Academicians, scholars, lawyers and students for Volume 1 Issue 2.  Last date for submission of the papers is 5th February 2016.

Contributions are to be given in the following ways:

  • Articles: Approximately 3500-5000 words inclusive of footnotes
  • Notes: Approximately 2500-3500 words inclusive of footnotes
  • Case Comments/Legislative Comments: Maximum 2500 words inclusive of footnotes

All the articles must be original and should not be pending for publishing anywhere else.

Guidelines:

  • Font Type: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Text Alignment: Justified
  • Citations:
    1. Font Type: Times New Roman
    2. Font Size: 10
    3. Line Spacing: 1
    4. Text Alignment: Justified
    5. Bluebook citation method to be followed as the uniform method of citation
  • The submissions are to be made in the MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Co-authorship to a maximum two authors is allowed, however co-authorship is not allowed for case notes/comments.

How to submit and where to submit?

The submission must be made by sending the soft copy of the submission at jlt.submissions@gmail.com having the subject “Submission [Name of the author] Volume 1 Issue 2”

The Submission must also include an abstract of maximum 200-250 words explaining the main idea/objective and conclusion drawn from the article.

Theme

The submission should be based on the theme of a contemporary legal issue.

Publication fees:

Single Author: Rs. 700/-

Co-authors: Rs. 1,050/-
