      My discharge application has been rejected by the sessions court.
      should I file appeal or should I file revision in the High Court against this decision of the session court and under what provision of law?

      To challenge the rejection by the Sessions Court of the discharge application filed by you, a petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code may have to be filed in the high court.
