Shivaji Mahan Cairae
Shivaji Mahan Cairae is a retired IPS officer of 1967 batch. He retired as Director General of Police of Jharkhand in 2005. He is the Chairman of the Forum of Retired IPS Officers (FORIPSO), a registered society.
