Indian Penal Code (IPC) S. 483. Counterfeiting a property mark used by another.

[i][483. Counterfeiting a property mark used by another.—Whoever counterfeits any [ii][* * *] property mark used by any other person shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.]
