    Dear sir
    thanks for providing information but here the important fact in the case is that wife had alleged the offence of non-cognizable in nature (ipc 494 , ipc 495) then how can revision court accept revision. as per information magistrate can only order u/s 156(3) if the offence is of cognizable in nature but the offences ipc 494 and ipc 495 are non-cognizable in nature. then how can magistrate take cognizance under sec 156(3).
    please solve my doubt.

    Dear sir,
    I had filed a RTI to Public Information Officer,Child Development Project, anakapalli Road, VIzag (Andhra pradesh) regarding information on DIR(Domestic incident report case no. 44/2015) given below are the questions with answers received by the concern PIO:

    1. Kindly provide me the copy of the order copy of the Honorable Magistrate received by the protection officer to Prepare DIR report under domestic violence act 2005.
    Ans: Order Attached.

    2. Did the investigating protection officer summoned or informed me, my parents and the aggrieved for the investigation before preparing the Domestic Incident Report (DIR). Reply Yes or No. If Yes, then Kindly provide me the certified true copy of the same.
    Ans: only Aggrieved person is informed. Copy attached.

    3. Has the investigating protection officer taken any statement or affidavit from the aggrieved__________ (name of wife)? Kindly provide me the certified copy of the same.
    Ans: No

    4. Has the investigating protection officer has taken any help or support of the police officer under domestic violence act 2005 section 9(b) while investigating the case? Reply Yes or No? If Yes then kindly provide me the certified true copy of the same.
    Ans: No

    5. Has the investigating protection officer inspected the shared household before preparing the Domestic Incident Report (DIR)? Has the investigating protection officer visited the shared household and taken statements of the neighbors of the shared household? Reply Yes or No? If Yes kindly provide me the certified copies of the statements.
    Ans:NO

    7. Under section 9(g), Has the investigating Protection officer got ________ (name of wife) medically examined before preparing the domestic incident report? Reply Yes or No. Kindly provide me the certified copy of the same.
    Ans: No

    8. Please provide the certified copy of DIR prepared as i am one of the accused in the complaint Under Sec 12 of DV act 2005.
    Ans: Dir is a private document and we can’t provide.

    9. Please give me copy of guidelines followed by you while preparing DIR report.
    Whether these Guidelines have been followed by the concern officer. please answer in yes or no form.
    Ans: Public Information Officer is not bound to answer this information.
