Just to clarify, he is wheelchairbound, suffers from 60% disability and is living on charity of others like his unmarried sister and widowed mother who support him.
In short he cannot work.
Can you share some landmark judgement of the High Court/Supreme Court which dealt with a similar situation Dr. Ashok Dhamija.
