      What is the limitation period for filing the transfer petition?

      By its very nature, the transfer of a case can be ordered during the pendency of that case in a court. Therefore, the transfer petition can be filed for getting a case transferred to another court at any time during which this case is pending in a court. There is no specific limitation period for the transfer petition. However, it is advisable to file the transfer petition at the earliest possible stage of the case, even though there is no specific limitation period.
