1. Thanks for the judgment of health insurance companies and genetic disorders.
2. I am a defendant in a civil suit and a notice of motion has been instituted by the plaintiff. In my affidavit-cum-reply, can I request some other advocate to ‘identify’ me instead of my present advocate in whose favour I have given the vakalatnama?
3. In may above reply can I make a plea to the Court to take up the hearing of the Chamber Summons and its reply as it will bring out the fact that the petitioner has lied on oath.
