On medical tests

Sir- my sister-in-law had lots of affairs with many males. She may have done some anal sex also. That may have caused injuries. Now she has filed a string of cases on us including unnatural sex. In such cases where there are injuries near anus, how is it proven who caused those injuries? Shouldn’t medical tests be conducted on the husband also? We are very confused. She will surely come up with some fake medical report from her own doctor. Please help
