  Hi,
  Met with accident on 15th Oct 2016. Driver caught by police. He was drunk. In front of police, truck owner agreed and wrote on paper that he will repair my car. Later he refused. Even I don’t know where he has given my car. I am afraid, if someone will miss use my car. Now I want my repaired car back. Kindly suggest. Can I do FIR against truck owner
