Law to sue a person for giving false statement in Court ?

Hello sir,
I have filed Section 125 crpc for the maintainence. But my husband delayed the proceedings by not replying to the judge’s orders for an year almost. Just in the previous date, he gave his statement and he gave false declaration about his income , while I have a proof of his true income .

Sir, Is there any law to prosecute a person for giving false statement in Court ?
Please mention and what is general time period of their trial sir.
