After that family judge send himto the jail for recovery proceeding u/s 125(3). first order was of one month jail. after one month when he produced in front of judge he again send him jail like this way he was in jail for past 9 months. plz tell me is there any illegality in order or he should be given one month opportunity after one month jail custody and so on.
