      sir,
      i filed my claim u/s 163 A, in the MACT COURT. But then i converted my application to sec. 166. i came to know that the negligence is to be proved my the applicant but i has already filed my closing report. The case has been kept on my arguments. can i file an application in the court now to examine my witnesses?

      You may file an application for that purpose. It is in the discretion of the tribunal to allow such application if it is in the interest of justice.
