      I have been threatened about registration of FIR under rape offence under section 376 ipc against me by my ex girl friend. But for last one month she is threatening and FIR is still not registered. Her threats are continuing. Can I get anticipatory bail even before the registration of the FIR by the police? Should I apply for anticipatory bail?
