  Respected sir . Good evening . My case with pending in CBI court . Recently my bank started departmental enquiry in progress . My question is departmental enquiry can stop till completion criminal case against me . My trail is not fixation now I can give defence in departmental enquiry this should be creations proble for my cas . Pls advice accordingly there is any stay for stoping the proceedings.
