Husband filled a case to stay on DV n maintenance & asked to transfer the case

Sir, I would like to ask if I can ask for child maintenance and back date maintenance in Highcourt hearing which is filed by my husband.
Doesn’t Highcourt consider it as a crime
: If a father abandon s his minor child cos of sex discrimination.
And calling himself as harassed
