An Act to repeal the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941
Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:
1. Short title.
1. Short title.—This Act may be called the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance Repeal Act, 2001.
2. Repeal of Ordinance 11 of 1941.
2. Repeal of Ordinance 11 of 1941.—The Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941 is hereby repealed.
