Eligibility:
- 4-5 years’ experience preferably with a reputed law firm.
- Good command over English.
- Should possess research and drafting skills.
The job profile includes litigation, non-litigation work at the Bombay High Court, Trial Courts and Tribunals. The practice areas are Corporate Commercial Disputes, IPR, Debt Recovery, etc.
Salary payable:
A fixed retainer of Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 would be payable. Other emoluments would be on the basis of the qualifications and experience.
