There is a vacancy of five posts of a Legal Assistant at EdCIL(India) Limited which is based in Noida. EdCIL (India) Limited, is a premier “Mini Ratna” public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The appointment is to be made on purely contractual basis.
Eligibility criteria:
- Not more than 40 years of age.
- Having a LL.B. Degree with atleast 50% marks from a recognized university along with having basic proficiency in computers.
- 2 years’ experience in dealing with Intellectual Property Right (IPR) matters would be preferable.
- The candidate should be an Indian National.
The salary that is being offered to the candidates is Rs. 30,000/- per month. (likely to be enhanced)
