Writ petition under article 226 to the high court against Lok Adalat order

A property registered by will in the name of my mother Mrs KANCHAN Jain has been considered by filing & settling a family suit under Lok adalat without her consent & transferring the property to my father.
Can a writ petition be filed in the high court against the order passed by the Lok adalat to nullify such order?

On the basis of what you have mentioned in your question, I think it should be possible to challenge it in high court in a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution. Result will of course depend on various factors.
