Suspension for 6 months without serving charge sheet or enquiry

My wife working in cent. govt and being under suspension for 6 months (2016 Apr 18 to oct 16) but without serving charge sheet or enquiry (http://tilakmarg.com/news/suspension-order-not-to-extend-beyond-3-months-if-charge-sheet-is-not-served-says-supreme-court/)
Superior officers ordered my wife to work on closed holidays but while asking for office order to work on saturday sundays and closed holidays they denied and ask her a letter for that she cannot work on closed holidays.Then she agreed to work for 2 hrs on closed holidays .( work is giving certificate to export) The pressure is giving certification is for one particular customer .As the customer is not on time and papers or not correct dealing with non technical persons ,these are all problems faced by wife and denied sometimes to give certificates,But suddenly she got suspension and the reason not knowing by her .As we are belonging to scheduled caste we gave petition to sc commission after a month of suspension.Its also act like normal govt office not taking action seriously giving letter and giving reminder to her office but till now no news from her office.
After 6 months ,is there any rule to revoke if there is no charge sheet or enquiry?

As mentioned in the Tilak Marg article noted in your question, you can challenge the suspension order in appropriate court / tribunal since it appears to be in violation of the above SC order (as mentioned in the said article).

will it be revoked or just get stay order for time being? , when the case will be finished? will affect promotion in future?
