      If the maintenance order passed under section 125 crpc is by the family court which is presided by judge of the level of session judge or additional session judge, where will the revision petition be filed? In session court or in high court?

      In such a situation, you may file the revision petition before the high court since the court passing the order is itself of the level of sessions court.
