Sir My society is issuing maintenance + Repairing fund both. i am paying maintenance regularly but unable to pay huge repairing fund. can society charge interest on repairing fund ???
If the bye-laws of your society provide for payment of interest on the delayed payments (of repair fund), then they can claim interest from you.
