I have filed Pvt Complaint before Magistrate regarding the forgery of will the same was referred to police….
SHO registered FIR but not to investigate the case…complainant statement was recorded but accused were not arrested and not sent any warrant after lapse of three years,
complainant inquired the matter through RTI application,then immediately blanked notice/unfilled printed notice was served through constable…
non mentioning of investigation for closing of the case and filed final report in the court, court was not sent any notice regarding closure of the case
1. what is the remedy for without investigation of case…?
2. can the complainant can get case diary for the investigation through RTI Act…?
3. can the complainant file the protest petition in the court, is there any time limitation to file protest petition…?
