Non-appearance of petitioner in CrPC125 after award of Interim Maintenance

Dear Sir,

If in CrPC125 case the petitioner stops appearing after award of Interim maintenance (from last 4 dates – 9 months) and despite oral requests to the magistrate by the respondent for closure of evidence of petitioner, no action is taken by the magistrate, what are the options with respondent to ensure that the Court directs petitioner to appear and give evidences in support of her petition?
