MBBS ADMISSION

Sir,
My daughter got admission in MBBS . after 7 months of college MCI asked a clarification on how seat was alloted and college replied for the same but meanwhile university told to discharge student, we approached HC and lost case we went to sc and they dismissed the case review petition also dismissed.
MCI is ready to favour the students but they say as it was dismissed at sc and now we can’t act against order.
Can MCI favour us or it will be court order betrayal/contempt of court.
