IPC 376 – false allegations by girl friend

Dear sir ,
Sir Mai final year M.tech ka student hu. Ek ladki hbjo muj se pyaar Karti this. 2012 se sir Mene usse saadi ka koi promise NH Kiya tha.
Ab Oct 2017 me usne FIR Katwa di Usme likha h. Ki DEEPAk se 2012 se pyaar Karti hu hum ek hi Makan me rhate the aur hum dono ke Prem sambandh ho Gaye aur hum ek dusre ke najdik a gye.saadi ka jhansa dekar mere saath galat kaam Kiya. Mere papa ne saadi ki baat ki DEEPAk ne saadi se mana kar diya jab Mene report likhwayi h.

What is your specific question?

If the FIR has been filed against you, then you’ll have to face it on merits / facts of the case. Generally, the police / court will accept girl’s version. You’ll have to give evidence to show that her accusations are not correct, if that is the fact situation.

Though, generally it is difficult to compromise such type of cases, you may try to compromise with her, if possible, by marrying her and trying to get the FIR quashed by way of compromise from the high court. Of course, it may not be an easy task.
