      Sir,
      under what section we have to file EXAMINATION-IN-CHIEF/CHIEF AFFIDAVIT of the party in civil suit/criminal case /NI Act…?

      1.Evidence Act under section 137…?
      2.Order 18,Rule 4 of CPC….?
      3.Section 297 of Cr.P.C….?
      4.Section 145 of NI Act…?
