Sir, I had reported a tax evasion matter to DRI, AHhmedabad and the recovery with penalty and interest was been done in 2015. Due to some Customs letter, DRI has hold my reward since last two years. I am been following up with DRI and Customs , Ahmedabad and Delhi Office but they do not hear me, neither the Ministry of Commerce (Revenue).
DRI has given me 1 Lac advance being less then 10 % after rigourous follow up. I cannot afford an advocate, guid eto fight legally in Gujarat High Court.
