Dear Sir,
For cross-examination of wife/complainant in 498a case, is it better:
(i) to present some evidences to her to confront her false allegations or
(ii) to save all evidences for defense evidence stage?
Of (i) and (ii) above which is better and what are advantages & disadvantages of (i) and (ii) above?
Thanks and regards,
Govind
It will depend on the facts and circumstances of the individual case and the nature of the individual piece of evidence. No hard and fast rule can be laid down. Please consult your advocate on such issues.
