This is with the question which needs to be answered.
Can the above judgement be questioned in a higher court using the previous judgement’s of:-
1. Batra versus Batra, 2005 Supreme Court.
2. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
The daughter-in-law is causing harm to the senior citizens and this above mentioned judgement is absolutely absurd.
