Should I as accused give evidence to police officer in 156(3) case or in court?

हालाँकि आप को कोर्ट में भी आपके पक्ष में सबूत पेश करने का पूरा मौका मिलेगा, लेकिन अगर आप पुलिस के जाँच अधिकारी को आपके पक्ष में जो सबूत है वो दे देते है तो हो सकता है कि जाँच अधिकारी आपके सबूतों से संतुष्ट हो जाये और आपके खिलाफ रिपोर्ट कोर्ट को ना दे तथा रिपोर्ट आपके पक्ष में ही दे।
