Provided incorrect salary information in salary slip for credit card

Hi Members, need to understand one of my friend provided incorrect salary information for credit card. As he don’t have ready pay slip provided another friend pay slip by changing the name. Bank found and started investigation on this. He is worried about. How to face this.

This may amount to the offence of forgery. Your friend will have to fight the case on merits of the case. He may consult some local lawyer, at the place where he lives, by showing the papers.
