My Father owns a property in pune which was on lease for 10 years and landed in dispute since first year

He is been accused on stealing and a FIR was lodged under section 454/380/448 recently

His antispateroy bail was rejected in session court so he moved to Mumbai in high court where the bail is been rejected by judge on first day as lawyer said to handover the keys to I.O and our side lawyer said no to it . please advise what can we do now

If the high court has also rejected the anticipatory bail application, then the next remedy is to approach the Supreme Court with a Special Leave Petition (SLP) for seeking anticipatory bail.

Another option is to seek regular bail from the trial court as and when arrested by police.
