Date of retirement on revealing correct date of birth through a whatsapp message

An individual(A PSU official) himself admits through his whatsapp communication to a colleague that his date of birth is not correct as per official record. On sharing this whatsapp communication to his employer( An administrative Ministry under GOI for that Public Sector Undertaking) by his colleague any action is expected from employer side which has net effect of getting one year more employment by such individuals.
