Is it mandatory to register all types of Apartment associations under Karnataka Apartment owners act(KAOA)
Is it mandatory to collect maintainance charges as per Sq ft basis only for multi area based flats in an association- any court orders regaring this to be adopted? Notify on mail if possible on krsripathy@gmail.com
