The Delhi High Court has released a circular for a job vacancy at the Delhi Judicial Academy for a Law Researcher. Presently, there is one vacant position. This post is for an Indian National who is born on or after 01.01.1988. There is a vacancy of one post of a Legal Researcher and the consolidated remuneration is Rs. 25,000/- p.m. for a period of one year on contract basis. The applicant must be a Law Graduate from a recognized university.
Last date for application is 15th January 2016 till 5 p.m.
Quoting from the circular:
“It is made clear that the above engagement is a full time job, purely contractual in nature. It would not confer any right of permanent employment at Delhi Judicial Academy. It is also made clear that a Law Researcher will not be entitled to practice or take up any other assignment during the period of he/she works as Law Researcher in the Academy. Any ethical breach by a Law Researcher will be viewed seriously and will disentitle the Law Researcher from receiving a certificate. In case of the candidate enrolled with the Bar Council, if it becomes necessary, the breach will also be reported to the Bar Council concerned.”
