  Sir
  I have been issued with a cheque from a firm and the same has been bounced. Further, I issued a notice through a lawyer on 05 Feb 17.
  Sir I have two request to you. One is
  (1) I just want to know the date by which I have to file the case in case they are not responding to my notice.
  (2) Please update me with latest rule on cheque bounce.
