  I have filled 498 A case against my husband. He got anticipatory bail. Now IO has charged chargsheet.IPC u/sec 34. What is further procedure in that and whay court gives long time hearing date.

  After filing of charge sheet, the next step would be that the court has to take cognizance of the case (which is generally a formality), followed by framing of charges by court, and trial in the case.
