sir,

I have purchased agriculture lands through Agro infra pvt limited company

is it valid sale deed because company can purchase agri lands from farmers without getting any permission from Govt of Andhra Pradesh…?

is there any restrictions to got the sale deed infavour of Pvt Ltd company under companies act / income Tax act …?

can i show those transaction to IT Dept & RoC….?

plz explain under companies act & IT Act with section wise interpretation….?

Your first query relates to a local law in Andhra Pradesh. Please consult some lawyer in Andhra Pradesh.

Answer to your Second query is that sale deed in favour of Pvt Ltd company can be registered and companies act / income Tax act do not prohibit it.

Third query: if the sale deed is in the name of the company, then the company can definitely show it to the IT department and RoC.
