      Respected Sir,
      I would like to thank you for all the replies given by you.

      Kindly elaborate the law of limitation applicable in offences under section 7 and 13 (1) (d) of the PC Act taking into consideration time period required in obtaining the prosecution sanction from the competent authority.

      There is NO limitation period for offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, irrespective of the period taken for grant of sanction.
