Can revisional court rectify errors of judgement of lower court in maintenance?

If I file a revision petition against the order of maintenance passed by lower court, will the revisional court rectify the errors of judgments while granting maintenance? For example, though my income is only Rs. 20,000 the maintenance has been ordered considering my income as Rs. 50,000. There are many other gross mistakes in the maintenance order of the lower court.

Yes, the court exercising the powers of revision in such matter can correct such errors in the order of maintenance. It can modify or alter the maintenance amount if justified.
